SINEAD KELLY  -
TAX DIRECTOR, PWC










Sinead Kelly joined PwC Ireland in 2021 as a director in the financial services tax team. A long-term proponent of the critical role that ESG plays across business in creating long-term value for business and society, Sinead is the sustainability leader within the financial services tax team and has a particular focus on funding decarbonisation projects. While tax has been a somewhat late addition to the ESG conversation, it has a pivotal role to play across each pillar of ESG. Sinead also has a key role building out ESG and tax across the wider Irish firm and linking into the global PwC sustainability network.
 

CIARÁN DORNAN- 
TRANSFER PRICING SENIOR MANAGER, EY










Ciarán Dornan has worked in the transfer pricing space in Ireland for six years, having joined EY in February 2020. Ciarán has previous experience as an economic researcher and policy and communications professional, liaising with government ministers to communicate and advocate for complex economic policy positions. Ciarán has worked with clients across the industry spectrum to address complex transfer pricing issues, Ciarán specialises in areas involving business restructuring, allocation of profits across multi-principal structures, and valuations of intellectual property.
 

ROSE TIERNEY -
FOUNDER, TIERNEY TAX










Rose Tierney is an accountant and CTA qualified to practice in both the UK and Ireland.  Qualified in both jurisdictions and also practising in both .

After many years in practice in London and Dublin she set up TTax – Tierney Tax. Having advised businesses from large multinationals to sole trader start ups, Rose now uses that wealth of experience in assisting individuals and businesses on crossborder tax matters arising in both jurisdictions.
 

MARTY MURPHY -
HEAD OF TAX, IFAC










Marty Murphy joined the ifac team in 2020, as the newly appointed Partner of their Dublin Office. Marty gained a Bachelor of Commerce from NUI Galway and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Irish Tax Institute. Marty trained in Grogan’s Accountants and subsequently worked for Grant Thornton and then Beechwood Partners as an Associate Director. He has a very strong accountant and tax background, with expertise in corporate work and restructuring work. Outside the office, Marty is an avid IT enthusiast and likes to have all the latest technologies and gadgets!

Paul Murphy CTA is Managing Director with Martin J. Kelly & Co. Paul has lectured with the Irish Tax Institute for over 15 years and also provides taxation seminars for various professional bodies. He is a co-author of the Tax Institute’s Irish Taxation: Law & Practice annual publication.
 

MAUREEN MARRAY -
PRINCIPAL OFFICER, REVENUE










Maureen Marray is responsible at Principal Officer level for the management of tax collection, related compliance and enforcement measures with particular responsibilities for the maintenance and enhancement of the systems that support debt management, the design and testing of changes to existing technologies and new solutions, the processing of tax payments in the Collectors General's office, and related banking function including the transfer of payments to the Exchequer and tax reporting.
