Accountancy has remained on the critical skills list for the past number of years. As we start to emerge from the Covid 19 crisis accountants are going to be needed in practically every business to provide strategic advice and aid recoveries across all sectors.
The recent dramatic change in the workplace landscape has also accelerated positive trends such as remote working however these trends have had a negative impact on trainee programmes with over 70% of employers finding it difficult to supervise and mentor in a remote environment.
In order to prevent a further critical shortage of accountants and to aid economic recovery employers will need to continue their trainee recruitment and invest time in a remote training programme.
During this workshop we will discuss how employers can utilise Microsoft Teams technology to simplify their remote training programmes. We will also be highlighting some of the capabilities within Microsoft Teams that will help accelerate learning among your trainee accountants.
