Notice has been given that the Institute’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Friday 17 May 2024 at 2.30pm at 17 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2.
At this meeting, in addition to the routine business of the AGM, members will be asked to vote on two additional resolutions – one to approve some amendments to the Constitution to facilitate the amalgamation with Chartered Accountants Ireland and one to approve the ‘
scheme of arrangement’ (by which the amalgamation is being effected) and authorise the Council to take all such action as they consider necessary or appropriate for carrying out the Scheme of Arrangement (details of which are set out in the scheme circular attached to this notice).
Members who do not wish to or are not in a position to attend the meetings on 17 May, may vote by proxy.- see link to yellow proxy form below, instructions on how to complete are set out on the form.
