Instead, use OneDrive to send clients an email containing a link, with two-step verification to keep access secure. No separate login details required - clients login using their Microsoft 365 username and password, making it easy to use.
  • Allow clients to upload documents - they will be auto-filed in FYI ready for use by the practice
  • Create tasks that are linked to any email, document, phone call record or meeting note - even without leaving Office or Outlook.
  • Use shared task lists to view outstanding tasks by person, job or client - or even practice-wide.
