Restrictive measures have been introduced on foot of the developing situation in Ukraine and Russia. These measures include targeted restrictive measures on a number of individuals and entities and financial restrictions primarily against the Russian Federation.
CPA Ireland, as your Competent Authority for AML purposes would like to bring these measures to your attention as a “Designated Person”, in order that you may screen clients adequately and counter any risk that your firm might be used to further financial crimes including compliance with financial sanctions obligations.

https://eusanctions.integrityline.com/. It facilitates the
anonymous reporting of possible violations of EU sanctions. It can be used to report past, ongoing or planned sanctions violations, as well as attempts to circumvent EU sanctions.
