Nano Brennan FCPA is a former President of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.

Ms Brennan is a retired Local Government Auditor who joined the Local Government Audit Service in 1988, and was appointed Local Government Auditor in 1998.  In this role she was responsible for conducting independent financial and regulatory audits of several major local authorities and other local government bodies on behalf of the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government.

She qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1995, was elected to Council of the Institute in 2011 and was Chair of both the Continued Professional Development Committee at CPA Ireland and the Leinster CPA Society.

Ms. Brennan represents CPA Ireland on the Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies – Ireland (CCAB-I).
