T&A link feature allows for the importing of both payments and deductions, on both a single-line and multi-line basis, allowing users to job cost and report on this within the payroll.

Integrations:

Quantum Enterprise has an inbuilt API, QScript, which can be used to extract or input data automatically. Integrations between HCM systems and Quantum are made possible by utilizing this tool. Quantum can easily import master data, updates and both single-line and multiline timesheets to populate employee data or timesheet information such as hours and calculate payments for hourly paid employees. As a UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Channel partner for Ireland for Time and Attendance, Snow Technology offers a direct and seamless integration between Quantum Web and UKG Pro Workforce Management, establishing a continuous and real-time exchange of information.

Other systems that Quantum regularly integrate include Peoplesoft, Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP, Mitrefinch HR & TMS, Softworks, Flextime, Timepoint, Timeworks, Bizimply, Alkimii and Strandum.

Snow Technology also integrates into ERP systems using our scripting tool QScript. This enables you to write external data from the payroll. There are a number of points within Quantum Payroll where scripts are automatically called and receive/post information to external systems and the user can post the payroll data at the end of the period to the ERP system. Should there be a specific collation required for importing to the accounts system, a script can be created to amend the configuration to match the importable format.

We have companies using systems such as ABM accounting, Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, AccountsIQ, Pegasus, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365, Agresso, Sun Systems Sage Line (50,100,200) and Open Accounts.

Additionally, as Quantum is built in a SQL database, it is highly integratable with other SQL based programs, such as our Quantum BI reporting, where it is possible to gather and report on data directly from the database in any preferred format without needing to open the payroll software.

Quantum Enterprise also has the facility for bulk importing of employees, editing employee payments, editing employee deductions, bulk editing employee Masterfile data and importing timesheets. Additionally, all of the above-mentioned information can be exported to excel at any point. There is also a feature to import company settings from an existing Quantum payroll into a new payroll frequency, and import employees into a new payroll from an existing one.
