We will come together to not only honour the remarkable legacy of our industry leaders but also to recognise and celebrate the promising journey of our emerging talent.

Peter O'Mahony - Rugby Player |
- From Cork youth rugby to captaining his country and province, Peter O’Mahony’s career is marked by leadership, performance and longevity. A respected figure in Irish rugby’s modern era, he leaves a legacy of professionalism and example.
- Peter’s legacy is that of a consummate professional and leader who contributed significantly to both his club and country. In February 2025 he announced his retirement from international rugby following the Six Nations, and he also retired from professional rugby at the end of the 2024–25 season.
- Playing primarily as a flanker, he combined physicality with tactical awareness. His leadership qualities were widely recognised: he captained his school, his club’s youth sides, Munster, Ireland, and also led in Lions contexts. His playing style was characterised by strong tackling, competitive breakdown work and stepping up in big moments.
