The Director of Corporate Enforcement has published the ODCE’s Annual Report in respect of 2020. The report outlines the enforcement activities of the ODCE during 2020, highlighting 2020 in numbers including 669 liquidator reports received, 75 auditor’s indictable offence reports received, the restriction of 56 company directors and the rectification of €5.7m in directors’ loans.
