www.licences.ie is no longer used by the PSRA.
Current email addresses and passwords used to access
www.licences.ie will similarly work on the new platform www.psralicences.ie. All current and older application details will be available to users once logged into the new platform and applicants can continue with any existing/ongoing application or start a new application process on this new licence application platform.
The licence application and renewal processes have not changed. Current licensees will receive a Renewal PIN and instructions by post approx. 12 weeks prior to their licence expiry date on how to complete their renewal application on
www.psralicences.ie.
