Following a rescheduling of the go live date for the PPSN project, readers are advised that the implementation date will be 11 June 2023. When filing Forms A1, B1, B10 and B69, from this date, company directors will be required to provide their PPS numbers.

The CEA have advised that the purpose of this step is to reduce the incidence of companies being incorporated based on false director details. Failure to comply, without just cause, will be a criminal offence. The CEA have produced an
Information Note.
