To transact the following business:
1. To receive the report of the Directors and the Financial Statements for the Year Ended 31 December 2022 and the Auditor’s Report thereon.
2. To announce results of Election to Council.
3. To appoint the Auditor.
4. To authorise the Council to fix the remuneration of the Auditor.
5. To transact any other ordinary business of the Institute.
