If you have not received your invitation to apply for membership and believe you are eligible, please contact the Institute as soon as possible (rniaonghusa@cpaireland.ie).
Cohort 1
Many thanks to all students in Cohort 1 who have submitted their Applications for Membership to date. Applications will be reviewed in the coming weeks, and you will receive email confirmation when your application has been accepted or if we require further information. If your application is successful, you will then be sent the link to make payment for the Application to Membership fee along with your invitation to the conferring ceremony on 9 December 2023.
For any other Cohort 1 students who have not yet completed their application the deadline has been extended to Friday 11 August 2023. Please ensure that all elements of your application have been sent to the Institution by that date:
- Online application form
- 4 Competence Records (on MyCPA)
- 3 Behavioural Attribute Statements (on MyCPA)
- 2 Reference Letters.

Cohort 2
Following the release of results for the August 2023 examinations on 13 October the Institute will issue invitation letters (by email) to all students who successfully complete their Strategic Level examinations in that exam sitting.
Due to the short timeframe between the results and the closing date for applications (3 November), we strongly encourage all students to organise the relevant documents in order to submit their application on time. There is no guarantee that any late application will be reviewed and processed.
