CPA Ireland CEO Eamonn Siggins and CPA Ireland President Mark Gargan were in Vienna, Austria at the IFAC Council Meeting and completed the signing of the Mutual Recognition (MRA) with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) on November 16
th 2023.
