The deadline for submission of any training completed in 2021 or 2022 is 31 January 2023. It is essential that these are approved by your mentor and submitted to CPA Ireland by this deadline. Please remind your mentor to close each quarter as we will only be notified after each quarter is closed.
Many thanks to all students who have already submitted their 2022 training records in full. These will be reviewed by CPA in the coming weeks and students will receive notification via email once training has been accepted or rejected by CPA.
Please note: due to planned system changes, going forward it will only be possible to log training for one year (4 quarters). This is to ensure that all training is logged in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with the Institute’s byelaws. Prior to this change being implemented, we are allowing students to log any training completed in 2021 and 2022 which must be submitted by 31 January 2023.
Trainees who do not comply with the requirement to log their training each quarter, may find that although they have more than three year’s relevant experience, they are unable to apply for membership on completion of examinations, as they do not have sufficient training
logged and accepted by CPA.
The
Training Page of the CPA Ireland website contains all further information on training requirements for CPA students. Here you can access the breakdown of each training area, how to navigate the online system, FAQs, and some information on competency guides if you are planning to apply for membership in 2023.
