The Executive Council of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has issued a Final Settlement Decision Notice under the Audit Enforcement Procedure and imposed sanctions against Deloitte LLP and Simon Manning, Audit Engagement Partner, in relation to the statutory audit of the financial statements of SIG plc for the financial years ended 31 December 2015 and 31 December 2016.
