The Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies – Ireland has published its pre-budget submission 2025.
The submission entitled “Supporting and Sustaining our SME sector” highlights the constraints experienced by SMEs as a result of increasing labour costs and also states that a lack of supply of housing and childcare places, in addition to high personal tax rates, are making it increasingly difficult for people to live and work affordably in Ireland.
