CPA Ireland and Chartered Accountants Ireland Amalgamation Information

Chartered Accountants Ireland and CPA Ireland commenced operations as one Institute under Chartered Accountants Ireland. CPA Ireland members, students, staff and services have been incorporated into those of Chartered Accountants Ireland creating the largest professional body on the island of Ireland.

Chartered Accountants Ireland is the largest and longest established accountancy body in Ireland. There are two training pathways to qualifying, the Flexible Route pathway and the Training Contract pathway, all the education is delivered online, and is open to all degree and accounting technician graduates across the island of Ireland. Students who do not hold degrees can complete the first year exams of Accounting Technicians Ireland (ATI) before they start the Chartered Programme.
