Membership Application:	In accordance with the provisions of Article 5 (b) of the Constitution, I hereby apply to Council of Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland for Associate Membership.
Declaration (please tick below):	I confirm that I meet the criteria set out in the Article 5 (b) and accordingly I wish to apply for Associate membership of CPA Ireland
	I declare that I am currently an AIPA/FIPA member of good repute (fit and proper declaration attached)
	I confirm I will abide by the Constitution and Bye Laws of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA Ireland)
Extracts from Article 5(b) Constitution:	After a period of five years, all members falling within this class of membership, who can demonstrate that they are of good repute and in are in compliance with the CPD requirements and Bye-laws, and if in practice, they have scored a Grade A or B in accordance with Bye-law 7 (Quality Assurance Review) as approved by the Council of the Institute, then they shall be entitled to apply for Associate membership of the Institute (and thereby use of the title ‘Certified Public Accountant’ or ‘CPA’), in accordance with the provisions of these Articles and the bye-laws of the Institute. Admission of this class of members as Associates will be solely at the discretion of the Institute and at a time which shall be approved by Council.
