The European Commission issued the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) on 31 July 2023 which come into effect in 2024.To coincide with the publication, the European Commission, ERAG and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) are providing an update on their discussions around alignment and interoperability between ESRS and the ISSB Standards.
